Questions about a report

Send the report link (it looks like /r/…) and tell us what looks wrong. If you think a finding is a false alarm, say what you see in Meta Events Manager or in your tag setup: that is the fastest way for us to check and, if we are wrong, fix the checker for everyone.

Help fixing what the report found

Each finding links to a free step-by-step guide. If you would rather have someone do it, every report lists fix options, including a fixed-price service. Reply to us with the report link if you are not sure which option fits your setup.

Site owners

Our browser only visits a page when someone asks for a check, identifies itself in its user agent, never submits forms and never buys anything. To stop checks of your site, see our checker or email us from an address at your domain.

Security issues

If you found a way to make our checker reach something it should not, or to read data that is not yours, email us with "security" in the subject. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before you publish details.
