Questions
- What counts as a monitored page?
- One address, usually a landing page your ads point to. We check it every day (on Agency, up to 5 pages every 6 hours) with a desktop and a phone visit, and email you when its tracking breaks or is fixed. Between checks we request it every few minutes and email you if it goes down.
- Is there a free trial?
- The check itself is free and needs no sign-up, so you can see what we find before you pay. Within 14 days of your first payment you can ask for a refund.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, any time in your account. Lemon Squeezy prorates a switch between plans or between monthly and yearly. When you cancel, monitoring runs until the end of the paid period.
- What about VAT and sales tax?
- Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, adds it at checkout where it applies and sends the invoice. Businesses can enter their VAT number at checkout.
- Can AI assistants use my plan?
- Yes. Create an API key in your account and connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to our MCP server: checks from the assistant count against your plan, and paid plans can list, re-check and add monitored pages.
